Laura Harvey-Collins is a yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teacher based primarily in London, England but she can also be found hosting yoga retreats across Europe. With a love of martial arts and particularly physical styles of yoga, Laura is fascinated by the connection between body, mind and soul. Her interest in how spirituality is being taught and practiced within contemporary yoga classes led her to undertaking an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology with The Alef Trust which she has now completed.
