Jessica Bockler, PhD is a Founding Director of the Alef Trust and Director of Creative Alternatives, an arts and health service based in the UK. Jessica is an applied theatre practitioner and transpersonal psychologist with a deep interest in creativity and play, ritual arts, integral transformative practice, social change and sacred activism. She has extensive experience of creative programme leadership and multi-modal arts facilitation in community, education and health contexts, and she specialises in transpersonal and somatic approaches to creative practice, combining expressive arts work with practices enhancing mindfulness and body awareness.
